On the night of May 1st, not only traditional May customs come to life,

like the May fire lit to drive away evil spirits, the May dance or May jump.

Here at Satzvey Castle, Patricia Gräfin Beissel GmbH offers the most modern staging

a spectacular evening program including a medieval witches' market.
Under the open sky, in the shadow of the castle courtyards and in the mystical lighting of the medieval moated castle

stage a unique open-air program,
whereby not only lovers of the medieval genre get their money's worth.
Medieval rock sounds ring out in the Gutshof – the DJ invites you to dance!
Punctually at midnight, the largest May bonfire in the Rhineland will be lit in the castle park.

The Witches' Night at Satzvey Castle on April 30th is every yearthatevent for fans of old May customs,

mysticism and music.
Disguised as witches and magicians, they come in droves from all over Germany,

to experience a spectacular evening program with a wide variety of bands
and dance around the huge May bonfire.
Throughout the evening, imaginative witches are up to mischief in the nooks and corners of the castle grounds

and provide some surprises.
Costumes are encouraged, the best disguises will be rewarded with a free drink.
