Cologne 11/27/2021.

On Saturday evening, the dancers of the live dance show LET'S DANCE let out a firework of emotions

raining down on the audience:

Love, passion, quarrel, separation, reconciliation,

everything was danced at a very high level in front of about 11,000 spectators.

The stage is still empty.

Only the well-known voice from off-screen (PATRICK LINKE),

proclaims that all members of the LET'S DANCE family

Have waited a long time to finally go on a big live tour again.

"-With the best jury of all time-"

"-With the best professionals and celebrities of all time-"

"-With the best dances of all time-"

and the very best,

finally with me again

"-The very best live audience ever - !!!"

From 10, it counts down to 0.

The spectacle begins with LET'S DANCE and the theme song.

Mountains of white foam pile up in the arena, an artist floats to the sounds of

A million dreams picturesque in a crescent moon to the hall ceiling,

while the professional dancers appear out of the mountains of foam.

To the "Drum Cover of The Greatest Showmann" Pyrokanons fire bursts of flames into the sky.

Wrapped in thick fog, the professionals dance to "Come Alive " around a circular pedestal

on that now DANIEL HARTWICH stands and welcomes the audience and the jury,

The jury consists of today Isabel Edvardsson, Jorge Gonzalez & Joachim Llambi ..

What kind of a prelude is that and it continues with music "The Greatest Show ",

Fireworks and wafts of mist,

while the celebrity dancers briefly introduce themselves on the podium.

Moderator Hartwich welcomes the audience, is finally happy to be back at home in front of a live audience

and about the fantastic sight of the full Lanxess arena.

According to him, they couldn't go on a live tour last year

"because Jorge had nothing to wear, but this time found something. "

He goes on to say that everyone should have fun tonight and the audience via cell phone vote

can vote on who will be today's winner.

The jury members take the stage (music: "Feel this moment ").

Everyone is really looking forward to the show and Joachim Llambi seizes

the opportunity to equal the crowd with "Wenn et Trümmelche jeht" & "Kölle Alaaf" to sway,

and the well-humored audience is enthusiastic about it.

The dance couples come back on stage and are presented individually.

There are:

Luca Hänni & Christina Luft, Lili Paul-Roncalli & Andrzej Cibis, Tijan Njie & Kathrin Menzinger,

Valentina Pahde & Valentin Lusin, Nicolas Puschmann & Vadim Garbuzov, Rúrik Gíslason & Renata Lusin.

But now the dance duel begins

Luca Hänni & Christina Luft.

They dance a brisk Cha Cha Cha to "Ay Muyer"

Following:

Lili Paul-Roncalli & Andrzej Cibis

with

to an erotic tango "Maintenant "

Tijan Njie & Kathrin Menzinger

perform a fiery samba to "I Just Can't Wait to be King ".

Valentina Pahde & Valentin Lusindance a freestyle to "You & Me "

Prince Charming Nicolas Puschmann & Vadim Garbuzov

move the audience with your expressive and soulful

Slow waltz to " At This Moment "

Rúrik Gíslason & Renata Lusin

lay with her Paso Doble to " Hanuman "

an expressive dance on the floor.

After the 1st dance round leads Joachim Llambi as master of ceremonies, the show dancers become one

Viennese waltz on stage and on his command "ALL WALTZ" they turn beautifully

couples to watch for a music mix

"Fan Polonaise", "On the beautiful blue Danube", "Skeletons", "Beethoven's Scherzo"

and show how beautiful the waltz can be.

In the end everything shone in a rain of golden sparks.

Daniel Hartwich presents the halftime results and sends

us all on a well-deserved break.

I now have a break and can watch the rest of the show comfortably from my seat in the lower tier.

After the break, the professional dancers from LET'S DANCE present a colorful show dance to the music of:

"Happy Show", "Benni Hill" and "Another Day of Sun"

"Happy Hartwich"

enters the stage and the second dance round (unfortunately without photos)

starts with the sechs couples who already impressed us in the first half:

Luca Hänni & Christina Luft

with a rumba in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower "Avant toi",

Lili Paul-Roncalli & Andrzej Cibis

with her magic moment and a kidnapping in Lilli Paul Roncalli's world "Clubbed to Death",

Tijan Njie & Kathrin Menzinger

with a spirited tango too "Bad guy"

Valentina Pahde & Valentin Lusin

dance a slow waltz "What if I "

In between there is a fantastic / artistic insert on the chandelier

accompanied by the professional dancers to: "Chandelier ",

Nicolas Puschmann & Vadim Garbuzov

(which, by the way, was the first male dance couple in the history of LET'S Dance are)

perform an entertaining Charleston too "You forgot the color film"

and

Rúrik Gíslason & Renata Lusin

(the winners of last season)

present one

Jive too "Do not worry Be Happy"..

... and then comes the exciting moment:

The award ceremony:

As in this year's season, the audience crowns

the Icelandic soccer player Rúrik Gislason and his dance partner Renata Lusin

to the "Dance Star Cologne".

The joy is huge, but the two lucky winners have to go to Düsseldorf

likely to pass the trophy back on to new winners.

All participants celebrate with a grandiose finale

"Can You Feel It", "I Wanna Dance Some Body", "Breathless",

"Cant Stop The Feeling" and "Cuba"

Confetti, balloons and fireworks,

let out the victory and animate the audience to dance at the end.

The audience said goodbye to the performers of the show with standing ovations and enthusiastic calls

in the

Cologne Lanxess arena.

That was the stop of the LET'S DANCE TOUR 2021 in the Lancess arena Cologne on November 27th, 2021.

For me personally one of the most beautiful and interesting events this year.

The opening itself was impressive.

The professional and celebrity dancers, jury, moderators, and the supporting program were in top form

accompanied by fog, foam, confetti, pyro and glitter cannons gave the whole thing a glamor effect.

For me an additional highlight was the show part "Alles Walzer".

A very nice change on a cloudy November day.

And the best comes at the end:

Let's Dance ”will also go on tour in 2022!

Then I'll say back to the year 2022

and hope that there will be better conditions for us all again.

In this sense

and especially:

"Stay healthy"!!
